This is my number one anti-aging, “staving off of Father time” group of exercises. Definitely the way I believe everyone needs to train once they get past 40 — even you young guys out there can get a real advantage.

In this series, each exercise is done for one single set — until fatigue — with slow, controlled reps.

No fast, jerky or explosive movement patterns.
